FitBodyWeightLoss Review
Here's what we found during our review:
Our Initial Review was Positive But That Changed! When we first made contact with fitbody, it seemed like everything was good. We did have a small issue but it was resolved quickly. But That Suddenly Changed! When we set up an account, we noticed that they had assigned us "Admin" level access through a software platform called WordPress. Perhaps some of you are familiar. I had intended to ask about this but with the holidays bumping into my schedule, I didn't do it right away. My mistake. Apparently I was not the only one given Admin privileges and when I got back, I could no longer access my account?
I tried to email with a detailed message of what I saw and why it was a potential problem. No answer.
I tried another email with the same message, thinking the holidays may have them backlogged as well. But again, no reply.
I sent a third email asking "If you're getting email, just hit reply and let me know what the delay is". Nothing.
I tried to call and went straight to VM which is really odd. I left a detailed message about the email, and this was during normal business hours. No call back.
A last ditch effort to reach someone, I emailed again and this time the flood gates opened! I still don't know what they thought when they read my email but what came back was the most incomprehensible reply I've read in 20 years online. Completely misunderstood what I said, assumed I was accusing them of something, (not sure what that is, you would need to read her reply), and said they were reporting me. Hmm, who are you going to report me to? The affiliate police?
I created a new account with fitbody and found they're still granting Admin access and found they deleted 16 accounts that were signed up there. I still am waiting for a reply but if I do not, they are going to move to our avoid at all costs files.
And they have deleted our account once more. They don't want us looking around at what they're doing apparently. So they made our AVOID list.
Not only are they as fickle as any I've seen but they will turn on you if you have a problem. In addition, they're going to charge you more than anyone else in the market for the privilege of taking your money and then turning on you. I'm sure there are some clients who have had a great experience, that's always the case. You can't ruin every single client - some will have good things to say. Even so, there's no reason for you to pay as much as they charge for the generic, compounded version of Ozempic!
